The Heritage STEM Academy Counseling Department aims to provide a comprehensive, developmental school counseling program that address the academic, career-post secondary, and social/emotional development of all students.

Our Work

With the support of the AchieveMpls Career & College Center (CCC) Coordinators, Heritage counselors implement appropriate programming to assist students in career and college preparation and readiness. Licensed school counselors work with all stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, administration and the community, to meet the diverse needs of our population.
